We currently offer a range of standard sizes for concrete sleepers. Custom sizes may not be available, but you can contact us for more information.

Yes, we offer delivery services for our products. The delivery cost is determined by the distance and the number of sleepers or steel in your order. Standard shipping for concrete sleepers is $300 + GST, while steel products enjoy free shipping when included with sleepers. Additional charges may apply for certain circumstances.
We currently do not offer installation services. However, we can provide you with information and specifications to assist you in your DIY retaining wall project.
Yes, we offer trade and bulk discounts. Please contact us for further information and to discuss your specific requirements.
To minimize errors, orders can only be changed in writing. Changes can be made before a certain cutoff time, typically 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please note that the manufacturer may charge a restocking fee if the order needs to be changed once picked.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to the manufacturers’ policy of not accepting returns of concrete sleeper products and steel due to transport and handling. However, in certain cases, such as canceling an order before payment is made to the manufacturer and transport company, we can arrange a refund minus any credit card fees.
If you receive incorrect or damaged products, we will work with the manufacturer to rectify the issue. However, we will not be held liable for covering the cost of transport for collecting and resending or the costs of replacement. The manufacturer will need to determine if the product is unsatisfactory before approving a replacement.
We use external transport companies for delivery, and sometimes delays or rescheduling may occur due to various reasons. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, any delays or rescheduling are beyond our control, and we will not be held liable for any financial loss.
